摘要: Abstract A method of evaluating the basic fractions lipids in blood plasma is described. This carried out by ozonizing a thin layer silica gel following chromatography total lipid extract. The spots are detected using Schiffs reagent and integrated with an automatic densitometer used transmission. In addition, normal values subjects both sexes, aged between 18 25 years, established.
