摘要: Zinc (Zn) has been implicated in altered adipose metabolism, insulin resistance and obesity. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects dietary Zn deficiency supplementation on adiposity, serum leptin fatty acid composition triglycerides phospholipid C57BL/6J mice fed low-fat (LF) or high-fat (HF) diets for a 16 week period. Weanling were LF (16% kcal from soybean oil) HF (39% lard 16% containing 3, 30 150 mg Zn/kg diet (ZD = Zn-deficient, ZC control ZS Zn-supplemented, respectively). HF-fed had higher fat pad weights lower concentrations than LF-fed mice. ZD groups reduced content acids compared group, suggesting that zinc status may influence accumulation tissue. Serum concentration positively correlated with body weight fat, negatively concentration. Dietary but not Zn, tissue triglyceride despite differences assessed by femur concentrations. profile generally reflected diets. percentage C20:4 n-6, elevated ratio n-6/n-3, PUFA/SAT total n-3 phospholipid, associated obesity-induced risks impaired glucose transport. In summary, negative correlation between support an interrelationship among obesity, metabolism.
