摘要: This paper is the description of an ongoing process which liable to change as a direct result experiences learned here from German foresight called Futur (after Latin word for future), being conducted on behalf Federal Ministry Education and Research (BMBF) work out priority-setting in research until end 2002. oriented towards societal needs. Leading visions will be major outcomes translated into programs or projects. The participation broader audience different kinds workshops combination methodologies are other characteristics process. lessons up November 2001 summarised this paper. A more detailed evaluation at project (autumn 2002).
