摘要: Three pectinase—gold complexes were used to localize polygalacturonic acids in the fungusAscocalyx abietina (Lagerberg) Schlaepfer-Bernhard. With pectinesterase and pectin lyase—gold complexes, labelling was uniformly distributed over fungus walls did not seem be significantly influenced by tissue preparation. polygalacturonase—gold complex, differences distribution noted according fixation procedure indicating, therefore, that osmication of tissues could greatly interfere with localization specific enzyme binding sites. These results demonstrate, for first time, possibility detecting means different gold-complexed pectinases.
