摘要: The effect of carbenoxolone on the output salivary electrolytes stimulated by a nasogastric tube was studied in healthy volunteers. Mean ±se values for volume and electrolyte concentrations control studies were 121±19 ml/hr, pH 7.39, Na+ 19 ±5, K+ 20 ±1, Cl− 20±3, HCO 3 − 18 mEq/liter osmolality 71±8 mOsm/kg. outputs quite large, 2.4, 2.6, bicarbonate 2.2 mEq/hr. Our data indicate that course gastric secretory testing indwelling stimulates sufficient to interfere with accurate assessment ionic fluxes acid analysis. Therapeutic doses (100 mg three times daily) given orally weeks had no volume, output, or concentration. We conclude has minerallocorticoid mixed secretion. Attention secretion is recommended all mandatory where low suspected.
