摘要: Summary The effect of a 100 mm HCl solution on the movement hydrogen, sodium, potassium, and chloride ions across human gastric mucosa volumes secreted by stomach emptied through pylorus was determined compared with HCl-20 acetylsalicylic acid solution. results 45-min irrigations 9 subjects are reported. During irrigation aspirin-acid solution, into lumen significantly increased, but significant changes in hydrogen ion were not detected. Volumes recovered from during aspirin study increased. Neither presence pre-existing abnormal mucosal barrier permeability nor quantity absorbed had any apparent movement. We conclude that, under conditions this study, lowered to did produce unequivocal evidence chemical damage mucosa.
