摘要: Background: Helicobacter pylori is a major cause of upper gastrointestinal disorders. The eradication H. has been recommended for the treatment different diseases. Notwithstanding, combination therapy needed eradication, but using these medications can be cause, incidence risk patients’ adherence to regimens reduction and probably increase Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRS), so, it seem that evaluation out come need more than past. Aim: aim present study was determine ADRs with five eradiation regimens. Setting Design: A cross sectional done in well known referral clinic disorders Tehran, Iran. Methods Materials: Ninety patients were evaluated (18 each regimens). asked during treatment, twice, by doing telephone assays. Statistical Analysis Used: data analyzed SPSS, 17 software statistical significance accepted P values 0.05. Results: 81% had good there no significant difference between types (triple or quadruple therapy) (p=0.6). Also, we found relationship sex (p=0.99), education level accommodation (p=0.93), an existence underlying disease (p=0.86) concurrent use other (p=0.93). But age (p=0.008). most reported belonged (GI) (an abnormal taste prevalence (36.6%) among GI disorders). There regimen type ADRs, (p=0.48). Conclusion: findings this showed did not have various pylori. It seems may important factor ADRs.
