摘要: The tube model is the cornerstone of molecular theory for polymer rheology. We test its microscopic assumptions by simulating topologically equilibrated ring polymers, whose dynamics free from end segment relaxation. show that a closed-form expression derived adapted to polymers quantitatively predicts segmental mean squared displacements over entire range time scales local motion complete equilibration, with time-independent friction factor.
