Étude comparative tensiomètre automatique versus doppler à ultrasons dans la mesure de l’index de pression systolique à la cheville (Ipsc)

摘要: Resume Objectif L’evaluation de l’index pression systolique a la cheville (IPSC) est methode non invasive plus simple depistage l’arteriopathie des membres inferieurs (AOMI) mais reste peu usitee en pratique courante, car elle chronophage, implique un equipement et une formation appropries. Le but notre etude d’evaluer validite fiabilite mesure l’IPSC l’aide d’un tensiometre automatique par comparaison avec les resultats obtenus doppler continu, reference. Methodes Les patients 65 ans hospitalises au CHU d’Angers juillet 2008 a mars 2009 en medecine interne n’ayant pas d’AOMI documentee moment l’inclusion ont participe l’etude. criteres d’exclusion etaient presence d’une fibrillation auriculaire incompressibilite arteres distales inferieurs. Pour chaque patient, ete evalue Doppler reference ; ces mesures etant faites le meme examinateur. La concordance entre deux etait appreciee Bland Altman coefficient correlation intraclasse (ICC). Resultats Sur 287 patients participant l’etude, 221 ont etes inclus. Cinquante-six (25 %) avaient IPSC Conclusion l’AOMI ne peut etre retenue comme alternative Doppler.
