摘要: Twenty-two patients with acute hepatic failure were studied to determine the incidence and magnitude of intravascular coagulation fibrinolysis their relation severity bleeding prognosis. The mean platelet count, Thrombotest, plasminogen activator, reduced; reduction in fibrinogen was not statistically significant. Fibrin/fibrinogen degradation products only moderately increased. Hepatic fibrin deposition extensive, being present 11 22 sections, more areas confluent necrosis than sinusoids. combination increased fibrin/fibrinogen decreased plasminogen, thrombocytopenia is consistent a diagnosis secondary local fibrinolysis. However, neither these processes severe. Severity related levels prognosis Thrombotest levels. There no between histological haematological findings. Heparin therapy indicated routine management failure, as severe heparin may itself cause massive bleeding.
