摘要: A method and associated apparatus is provided for increasing the reliability of stored accounting data which reflects transactions an electronic postage meter, including steps providing a first non-volatile memory (30) capable storing represents meter transactions; updating in real time each transaction to provide current record on-the-fly; second (32) representing during power down cycle meter; volatile (28) (28), transaction; transferring from meter.
