摘要: PurposeThe purpose of this study is to investigate the association impaired sleep quality and daytime sleepiness on self-reported diabetes control psychological social factors that affect self-management.MethodsParticipants were 107 adults with type 2 (T2DM) sleepiness. Subjective was assessed using Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS); measured Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Global score its 3 Perceived Quality, Efficiency, Daily Disturbances. The Diabetes Care Profile (DCP) scales (Control Problems, Social Personal Factors, Positive Attitude, Negative Self-Care Adherence, Diet Adherence) used measure difficulty in maintaining glycemic important for control.ResultsPoor associated significantly worse scores DCP scales, lower control, negative attitude, decreased positive attitude...
