摘要: Background Open fractures frequently result in serious complications for patients, including infections, wound healing problems, and failure of fracture healing, many which necessitate subsequent operations. One the most important steps initial management open is a thorough irrigation debridement to remove any contaminants. There is, however, currently no consensus regarding optimal approach irrigating wounds during operative procedure. The selection both type fluid pressure delivery remain controversial. primary objective this study investigate effects solutions (soap vs. normal saline) (low high; gravity flow low flow) on re-operation within one year among patients with fractures.
