摘要: The Langmuir-Blodgett films of purple membrane (PM) immobilized on a gold electrode produced steady cathodic photocurrents under polarization the in aqueous electrolyte. photocurrent is attributable to proton-reducing current that responds proton release from light-excited bacteriorhodopsin. Effect DC electric field at water-air interface orientation PM monolayer film was investigated.
