摘要: Abstract High Q-factor elements have been noticed for detecting biological particles with more accuracy, and in this current research, we a Q- Factor absorber bio sensing as the first result confirmed that higher is given figure of merit presence various materials. A parametric study has revealed how dimensions effect resonance reflection. Finally, based on manner surface plasmon absorbers interface metal dielectric layer, developed an optical sensor by implementing thin layer active material. Therefore, final structure useful energy harvesting applications. Our results particle enhanced Absorption Cross Section model InGaAsSb increased than 4 times comparison case do not any cylindrical particle.
