摘要: A point mutation alters the 12th amino acid of c-Ha-ras oncogene product p21 in a human bladder cancer cell line. This is, at present, only known to result transforming gene. may therefore represent possible target for mutagenesis leading carcinogenesis humans. By means restriction enzyme analysis, 29 cancers, including 20 primary tumor tissues, derived from organs commonly exposed environmental carcinogens, were tested presence this mutation.
