摘要: Solar prominences are subject to all kinds of perturbations during their lifetime, and frequently demonstrate oscillations. The study prominence oscillations provides an alternative way investigate internal magnetic thermal structures as the oscillation characteristics depend on interplay with solar corona. Prominence can be classified into longitudinal transverse types. We perform three-dimensional ideal magnetohydrodynamic simulations along a flux rope, aim compare periods those predicted by various simplified models examine restoring force. find that has period about 49 minutes, which is in accordance pendulum model where field-ligned component gravity serves In contrast, horizontal 10 minutes vertical 14 both them nicely fitted two-dimensional slab model. also tension force dominates most time oscillations, except for first minute when pressure overwhelms.
