摘要: Abstract Copper bromide (CuBr2) effects on seed germination and plantlet development of Vicia sativa L. are evaluated through mitotic index, chromosome aberrations, nucleolar activity mineral profile. CuBr2 induces a significant presence micronuclei, sticky c-metaphases, anaphase bridges breaks. Increased number nucleoli scattering AgNOR proteins from the nucleolus in nuclear surface at 1 mM cytoplasm 5 mM, goes along with decrease root growth. In V. embryo content many macro micronutrients increases up to copper agreement reserve mobilization while 5 mM some elements present lower amount. We hypothesize that inhibitory observed due either nutrient shortage or direct influence cell division, evidenced by low high occurrence aberrations loss material nucleolus.
