摘要: Malignant melanomas have long been regarded as very radioresistant tumours. This judgement was based on the observation that contrary to other cutaneous tumours, did not respond well radiotherapy and regress even if doses were escalated levels which produced severe skin reactions. Yet tumour regression rate is an inadequate criterion of radiosensitivity, rather should be local control. After primary stage I malignant melanomas, in-field recurrences are rare (Storck et al. 1972; Elsmann 1991). For more than half a century, textbooks oncology repeated assertion display pronounced radioresistance, although some authors added this invariably case reported spectacular success with radiotherapy, e. g. del Regato Spjut (1977). The first point variable response MIESCHER (1926). Following he observed complete remissions those had higher mitotic before treatment. led Miescher (1926) associate poor radiation low proliferative activity melanomas.
