摘要: Objective To study the role of inducible form heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) in host tumor regression rat model. Methods We examined Hsp70 tumorigenicity and vitro cellular cytotoxicity using a histocytoma. The differential growth kinetics were studied correlated with expression Hsp70, activation macrophages natural killer (NK) cells, circulating or infiltrating immune molecules system. Results sub cuteaneous (s.c.) was increased serum cytokines such as IL-12, TNF α, IFN γ Hsp70. Despite similar increase intraperitoneal (i.p.) implanted animals, animals succumb to growth, further, evidently, no molecule observed. viral promoter driven over these cells restrained solid however, failed inhibit ascites growth. NK from s.c. immunized induces presence anti-tumor antibody, which necessitated CD40-L expression, conversely, i.p. induce cytotoxicity. positive peritoneal isolated when co-cultured parental BC-8 lyses nevertheless entail macrophage specific α expression. On contrary, expressing resistant induced cytolysis. Conclusions This brings out that possibly involved regulating response
