摘要: Abstract We evaluate the benefits of a ‘CCS Ready Hub’ approach, regional Ready’ strategy, which not only includes number new coal-fired power plants but also integrates other existing stationary CO2 emissions sources, potential storage sites and transportation opportunities into an overarching simulation model. A dynamic top-down model was built based on economic decision criteria option pricing theory. The inputs assumptions build spatial sampling analysis using geographic information system (GIS) engineering assessment local projects outputs CCS retrofitting investment evaluation through cost cash flow modelling. case study Shenzhen city in Pearl River Delta area Guangdong southern China is presented, studies stakeholder consultations building geological surveys infrastructure plans. results show that financing at planning level rather than design stage individual plant (or project) preferred since it reduces overall integrated systems. On hand, we found value considering sources ready design. Therefore, recommended making or hub should consider large when possible.
