摘要: γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a principal inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system (CNS) of vertebrates. However, GABA and its receptor are found not only peripheral neuronal tissue but also many nonneuronal tissues, thought to have multiple physiological functions. The bidirectional communication between oocytes cumulus cells (CCs) plays significant role oocyte maturation metabolism. In our previously study, expression level α5 subunit CCs isolated from patients with polycystic ovary syndrome had been be associated nuclear maturity. this we investigated transcriptional levels GABAA subunits germinal vesicle (GV) metaphase II (MII) mouse CCs, explored GABA-A during ovarian follicular development maturation. We that exhibited differential at different maturity stages. It suggested an involvement related certain
