摘要: The capacity to mount an antibody response many immunogenic systems is under the control of immune (Ir) genes which are linked major histocompatibility locus (H-2) mouse (1). Inbred mice H-2b type manifest IgM and IgG responses when immunized with a synthetic antigen such as poly(Tyr, Glul)-polyDLAla—polyLYs ((T, G)-A—L) (2). In contrast, H-2k or s “low” responders that ordinarily produce only low titers both antibodies (T, G)A—L (3). addition, lymphocytes from sensitized responder have specific in vitro secondary proliferative reactions G)-A—L, whereas do not(4).
