Socioeconomic evaluation of green energy investments: Analyzing citizens’ willingness to invest in photovoltaics in Greece

摘要: The purpose of this paper is to explore citizens’ willingness invest in photovoltaics.,To meet the aim research, a questionnaire survey was conducted island Evia Greece using method random stratified sampling. A total 366 responses were analyzed both descriptive and inductive statistics methods, such as principal components analysis, K-means cluster discriminant analysis binary logistic regression.,The research results indicate that 73per cent respondents would renewable energy sources, whereas 55per them specifically photovoltaics. Regarding their views on photovoltaics, three extracted; photovoltaics positive effects, facilitations for investments photovoltaics’ performance.
