摘要: . The therapeutic success of antibiotics used at the beginning treatment and effect exchange transfusion in cases septicaemia were tested 22 newborn infants. clinical course these patients was compared with outcome 11 infants who received antibiotic without transfusion. following results obtained: 1) All 6 initially receiving antibiotics, which ineffective vitro, died. In this group incidence septic organ involvements (meningitis, ventriculitis, peritonitis) significantly increased, 2) Following transfusion, an impressive improvement consistently observed. 3) had effective lethality lower than 4) Our bacteriological findings show that continuous monitoring cultures from blood, CSF stool is necessary to choose most prevailing nosocomical circumstances.
