摘要: Individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) often have chronic pain, which may a major impact on their quality of life. The purpose this article is to present an update the classification SCI recent advances in understanding underlying mechanisms, and current evidence-based treatment pain. paper also discusses difficulties assessing pain after SCI, both clinic preclinical research. While we continue increase our still unsatisfactory, there unmet need improve relief. We assessment pain-like behavior central models, clinical interaction cognitive, emotional, social factors. In future studies mechanisms treatment, acknowledge different phenotypes
