摘要: Nonlinear and linear optical response of mobile holes in the “camel-back” shaped valence band tellurium are calculated without expansion powers electric field wave. We predict unusual nonlinear properties depending on intensity, frequency polarization driving field, as well free hole concentration hydrostatic pressure.
