Transformation of tellurium valence band induced by hydrostatic pressure

摘要: The investigation of the Shubnikov-de Haas effect in tellurium under hydrostatic pressure up to 12 kbar revealed a significant distortion shape Fermi surface holes indicating disappearance saddle point valence band energy spectrum. A simple linear model spectrum transformation is proposed which describes quantitatively whole set experimental data. Bei der Untersuchung des Haas-Effektes Tellur unter hydrostatischen Drucken bis zu wurde eine bedeutentle Formanderung Fermioberflache Locher gefundcn, die auf das Verschwinden Sattelpunktes im Energiespcktrum Valenzbandes hinweist. Ein einfaches lineares Modell Energiespektrumumwandlung wird vorgeschlagene, gut mit den experimentellen Befunden ubercinstimmt.
