摘要: Abstract Ultrafiltration (UF) is an alternative option that can be used to clarify glycerin-rich solutions in the oleochemical industry. However, UF membranes process were observed have been seriously fouled our preliminary study. Thus, ultrafiltration of a glycerol–water–fatty acid mixture was carried out investigate membrane binding properties components and their contributions fouling. Palmitic, stearic, oleic as fouling substances glycerol–water mixture. The flux decline experiments using polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) well polyethersulphone (PES) with MWCO 30 25 kDa, respectively at specific conditions (T = 40 °C; ΔP = 2 bar). It found PES exhibited severe for all types fatty acids solution glycerol–water. As pH decreased acidic conditions, tended exhibit more than PVDF membrane.
