摘要: Proteomic is the study of proteomes and it involves global analysis protein expression profiles, identification them their function in any tissue, organ or organism. Oncoproteomic application proteomics technologies oncology, which promises to accelerate discovery new therapeutics targets useful biomarkers for diagnosis, prognostic medical treatment diverse diseases including cancer. In this context, SELDI (surface-enhanced laser desorption-ionization) one more used techniques development tools with clinical utility, among biomarker molecules that could serve as indicators both physiological disease states. This review covers general aspects proteomic particularly we describe findings some studies generation patterns order identify potential associated diagnosis prognosis a variety cancers.
