摘要: Feeding indices and enzymatic activities of Ectomyelois ceratoniae (Zeller) were studied in a growth chamber under controlled conditions (29 ± 2 C, relative humidity 70 5% photoperiod 16:8 (L:D) hours) on two commercial Pistachio cultivars (Akbari Kalequchi) an artificial diet. E. larvae differed significantly three hosts (P < 0.05). The consumption rate was calculated to be 5.36 0.009, 11.10 1.49 10.631 0.599 (mg/mg/day) diet, Akbari Kalequchi cultivars, respectively. Carob moth reared cultivar showed the highest efficiency conversion digested food (ECD) (5.64 0.43). amount ingested (ECI) obtained diet but approximate digestibility (AD) lowest this high- est alpha-amylase, general proteases lipase observed midgut Total protein lipid value that 2013 Production hosting by Elsevier B.V. behalf King Saud University.
