摘要: Abstract Objectives To compare ion exchange and boronate affinity chromatography for HbA 1c estimation in patients with type I II diabetes having hemoglobin D. Design methods Systems based on were evaluated compared their performance homozygous heterozygous D disease. Results Boronate shows least interference by HbD as well diabetic estimation. Conclusions The use of was found to be helpful evaluating glycemic control subjects HbD.
