摘要: Metastases are the principal cause of death in patients with cancer. Recent advances bring hope that it will be possible to identify molecules and processes involved metastasis, this new knowledge could lead effective methods preventing treating metastases. This review describes properties cells enable them surmount physical boundaries, disseminate, colonize a distant organ.
