摘要: Body sensor networks (BSNs) have emerged as a new technology for healthcare applications, but the security of communication in BSNs remains formidable challenge yet to be resolved. The paper discusses typical attacks faced by and proposes fast biometric based approach generate keys ensuing confidentiality authentication BSN communications. was tested on 900 segments electrocardiogram. Each segment 4 seconds long used 128-bit key. results study found that entropy 96% were above 0.95 99% hamming distances calculated from any two 50 bits. Based randomness distinctiveness these keys, it is concluded has great potential secure health applications.
