摘要: Saudi Arabia is considered one of the fastest growing countries in Middle East. Despite this fact, overall level construction safety has been relatively low. Many companies have tried to control rising costs accidents and reduce projects delays due accidents; however, they do not know why programs work efficiently, or where start. This study a main aim which identifying critical factors affecting successful implementation among Arabia. Considering current lack understanding on these within particular context, first essential step promoting comprehensive industry. To achieve aim, examined synthesised numerous identified past research studies safety, whereby set was developed. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) then conducted prioritise factors, based input from group experts representing 18 Finally, Pareto principle employed develop seven most success represent areas should focus their attention effort better levels through effective programs.
