摘要: approved: Redacted for privacy TUas J. Rogers Experimental infection of mice with Candida albicans leads to significant suppression cell mediated immune responses. We have characterized the nature this candida-induced formalin killed (FKCA) in yeast and mycelia' phase. Mice (BALB/c or C57B1/6J) treated FKCA exhibited a reduction T-cell mitogen-induced blastogenic response mixed lymphocyte reaction. Further work has shown that is due induction suppressor cells, these cells are capable significantly reducing cellular responses when lymphocytes from untreated mice. The responsible immunosuppression been identified as B-lymphocyte. function dependent on prostaglandin synthesis during stage. Cell-free supernatants cultures suppressive added cells.
