Numerous Recurrent Trichilemmal Cysts of the Scalp

摘要: Trichilemmal cysts are common benign soft tissue tumors that occur in hairy areas, especially the scalp, where they present themselves as solitary masses could be easily treated by surgical excision followed pathologic identification. It is unusual to find these very large numbers 1 scalp. In current article, we describe a 43-year-old woman who presented with 51 scalp masses, some of which recurred after repetitive excisions somewhere else different surgeons under local anesthesia. These involved only and spared all face. The patient our clinic for radical solution clear her from unaesthetic look appearance forbid exposing head hygienic reasons relating foul smell repeated previous recurrences infections. Her clinical presentation described, suggested differential diagnosis management such discussed.
