摘要: Phenothiazines have been shown to inhibit the in vitro growth of multi-drug resistant (resistant rifampicin and isoniazid) Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDRTB). They considered as potential adjuvants regimens employing four or more antibiotics for management freshly diagnosed infections M. patients from areas known a high prevalence MDRTB. Chlorpromazine has enhance activity (except ethambutol) which is susceptible. This might result reduction dose some all employed without sacrificing integrity treatment. Chlorpromazine, thioridazine promethazine were streptomycin when used combinations at concentrations that are minimally effective separately against clinical strains two (poly-drug MTB). The phenothiazines had no effect on isoniazid poly-drug MTB.
