摘要: Abstract The influence of the protein concentration, metal ion concentration and pH on i d /( ) 0 values was studied by carrying out polarographic measurements in mixtures cupric sulphate transfusion gelatin. It found that a decrease value took place with increase pH, while same behaviour observed decreasing Cu 2+ . latter effect has been attributed to binding Evaluation log K showed copper is more strongly bound amino than carboxyl group.
