摘要: This Ph.D. thesis deals with condition monitoring of mechanical failures in variable speed induction motor drives by stator current analysis. Two effects a fault are considered: load torque oscillations and airgap eccentricity. The analytical modelling using the magnetomotive force permeance wave approach leads to two models. provokes amplitude or phase modulation fundamental component. Suitable detection methods spectral analysis parameter estimation steady state whereas time-frequency is required during transients. Instantaneous frequency estimation, Wigner Distribution spectrogram studied. Simulation experimental results validate theoretical approach. Automatic extraction indicators proposed for an unsupervised system. Moreover, dynamic eccentricity can be discriminated methods. feasibility on-line system demonstrated DSP implementation including indicator extraction.
