摘要: Preventive maintenance of electric drive systems with induction motors involves continuous monitoring operation, to detect electrical and mechanical conditions that may lead a failure. Intensive research efforts have, for some time, been focused on motor current signature analysis (MCSA). MCSA techniques utilize results spectral the stator an diagnose abnormal both in driven system. Reliable interpretation spectra is difficult, as distortions waveform caused by abnormalities system are usually minute. In this paper, alternate medium analysis, namely instantaneous power, proposed. It shown, computer simulations laboratory experiments, power carries more information than itself, since not only magnitude but also phase shift between voltage waveforms affected irregularities or other parts Utilization opens new possibilities automated diagnosis drives.
