摘要: The present study investigated the relationship between aortic atherosclerosis and carotid atherosclerosis, studied effects of coronary risk factors for these arteries. subjects consisted 78 patients with artery disease (CAD) 69 without CAD. All underwent enhanced computed tomography B-mode ultrasonography within a short time period to determine extent aorta atherosclerosis. Significant correlations maximal wall thickness (MAWT) volume (AWV) intima-media (IMT) were demonstrated. MAWT, AWV IMT significantly higher in CAD compared controls (p=0.009, p=0.024, p=0.001, respectively). Furthermore, there significant differences among groups classified by number stenoses, no factors, but it was shown that increased gradually as number. had positive age, systolic blood pressure triglyceride, negative correlation high density lipoprotein-cholesterol. This demonstrated both are closely correlated indices independently associated age hyperlipidemia.
