摘要: Background: Nanoscale solid lipid particles of rasagiline mesylate (RM) were fabricated by microemulsion technique. The nanoscale particle must be sterile for intravenous administration, and several approaches are available sterilization. However, the selection sterilization technique RM loaded mainly depends on nature drug that needs to encapsulated release pattern polymer. Materials Methods: We have preferred moist heat sterilization, as it is most convenient composition carrier incorporated should remain unchanged not leak out carrier. physical chemical stability investigated during determine average mean size, polydispersity index, zeta potential (ZP), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), entrapment efficiency (EE), content after autoclaving. Result: There no significant changes in ZP, TEM, EE, autoclaving (121°C 20 min [15 lbs]). Conclusion: These observations suggest suitable method formulations.
