摘要: A method for assessing the reliability of an electrical power distribution system begins with identifying each element system, and establishing characteristic data these elements. The at least identifies one operating further interconnections that to other elements in system. Next, “minimum cut” is determined separating a first from second element, e.g., source load. minimum cut based upon interconnection data. At third then identified, located on cut, may be assessed by evaluating element.
