摘要: Abstract Using X-rays the volume content of neighbouring phases and temperature variation unit cell have been investigated in vicinity phase transitions between para-, ferro-and antiferroelectric states for Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 ceramic with Ti up to 3%. The diffuse nature has confirmed solid solutions.
