摘要: Abstract The ceramic solid solution of PbZr0.95Ti0.05O3:1%wtNb2O5 has been studied by X-rays texture and structure measurements, electron scanning microscope observations, Raman scattering infrared reflectivity experiments. We conclude for the isotropy material, absence phase transitions at low temperature coexistence two phases room temperature.
