摘要: PLZT (lead lanthanum zirconate titanate) x/95/5 ceramics with low La concentration, x=0.5 to 4 wt.%, exhibit an antiferroelectric (AFE)-ferroelectric (FE)-paraelectric (PE) phase sequence. The FE exists in both AFE and PE phases a wide range. Dielectric, pyroelectric, thermally stimulated current, Raman scattering measurements have been performed as functions of temperature all phases. diffuse character the transitions was confirmed, width coexistence proved depend on concentration. A model is proposed for interpreting defects balance. >
