摘要: The use of postmortem computed tomography (PMCT) to support autopsy pathology has increased in recent decades. To some extent, PMCT also been contemplated as a potential alternative conventional examination. purpose this study was investigate the ability detect specific pathologic findings head and brain natural hospital deaths.We examined CT images data from 31 subjects who died at SUNY (State University New York) Upstate Hospital between 2013 2018. Each subject underwent noncontrast traditional autopsy. A neuroradiologist analyzed for abnormalities. autopsies were performed by pathologists aware radiology results.In our series, able majority significant space-occupying lesions, although it not always reliable ascertaining their nature.
