摘要: Computed tomography (CT) is widely used in postmortem investigations as an adjunct to the traditional autopsy forensic medicine. To date, several studies have described CT findings being caused by normal changes. However, on interpretation, that are seemingly due changes initially, may not been mere artifacts. In this pictorial essay, we describe common cases of atraumatic in-hospital death and diagnostic pitfalls can mimic real pathologic lesions.
