摘要: In this paper we study a delay mathematical model for the dynamics of HIV in HIV-specific CD4+ T helper cells. We modify presented by Roy and Wodarz 2012, where is studied, considering single cell population. Non-specific cells are included as alternative target population, to account macrophages dendritic paper, include two types delay: (1) latent period interval time cells, with contact virus, be infected virions, released them; (2) virion production virions produced bloodstream from compute reproduction number model, R 0, stability disease-free equilibrium. find that values 0 < 1, approaches asymptotically present numerical simulations fact. These results suggest mathematically epidemiologically well posed.
